Focus

At this center, you receive personalized care for mental health conditions. They provide therapy and tailor treatment to your unique needs, diagnoses, and preferences.

Just off the Atlantic coast, the RESET Mental Health Program at Futures Recovery Healthcare treats adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder (BPD), and other mood conditions. Through compassionate care and tailored therapies, Futures helps patients learn to navigate life’s everyday challenges, including work stress, parental and family relationships, financial pressures, and other issues that can trigger and exacerbate the symptoms of mental health conditions. Clients receive integrated psychiatry, medication management, individual and group psychotherapy sessions, recreational therapy, and family therapy for well-rounded treatment. Futures’ RESET Mental Health Program takes a thorough approach to mental health treatment, understanding that mental health and trauma can have complex causes. An initial assessment goes over clients’ family history, looking for any factors that may contribute to their mental health. After their assessment, Futures’ RESET Mental Health Program introduces clients to psychiatric medications as needed. Clients receive a wide range of psychotherapies in individual and group settings. Futures’ family therapy program includes loved ones in this process, helping them understand mental health conditions and support their loved ones through treatment and recovery. Futures Recovery Healthcare’s location in Tequesta, Florida provides sun and warmth all year round with an on-site pool. Their mental health program’s private location on the second floor of Futures Recovery offers a recovery experience focused on healing, relaxing, and learning. The staff at Futures work with empathy and compassion, understanding the depths of mental health through experience and qualifications. Each member of their staff seeks to make the experience as healing as possible, while making sure clients are comfortable and relaxed. Futures strives to make the experience at their mental health program healing and restorative, which is why they take a multifaceted approach to treatment. This includes physical health and nutritional wellness. Futures’ chefs prepare nutritious meals to meet clients’ dietary needs, and their exercise groups and pool provide physical healing and wellness. Fully private or shared rooms all come with a television, internet, and common space. Group activities create a sense of community and give clients the opportunity to foster friendships. The sense of community at Futures Recovery extends into their aftercare program, ensuring that clients stay connected to therapy, community, and medication management.
