Located in Kissimmee, this residential reentry center is part of The Transition House’s network of recovery programs supporting adults transitioning from incarceration, homelessness, or substance use. The program combines substance use recovery, mental health care, job training, and housing support to help participants rebuild their lives. Staff focus on helping each person become self-sufficient through counseling, life skills training, and connection to community services grounded in dignity and purpose. Residents follow a structured schedule rooted in evidence-based care. Services include individual and group counseling, trauma-informed therapy, medication management, and coaching.
