Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

The services at A Bridge Back are intended for individuals who need a safe and nurturing environment to recover from mild substance use disorders or mental health disorders. The clinicians teach the clients how to maintain sobriety, experience psychiatric stability, comply with medication and become a person of integrity and responsibility. If clients have underlying trauma, the clinicians can help the client address the pain from their past experiences that are contributing to their mental health or substance use disorders. The team at A Bridge Back is multidisciplinary and can help arrange any additional resources that are needed for their clients. In addition to the counseling services, A Bridge Back also provides DUI evaluations and risk education for clients who are addicted to opioids. The program is 10 hours in duration and can be either completed in person or virtually. Alongside their substance use counseling services, they provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to treat these disorders from a “whole person” approach.
