Located in Hartford across the street from Aurora Medical Center, Affiliated Clinical Services offers psychiatric and counseling services for clients of all ages with mental health and substance use concerns. Treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy, psychological testing, medication management, esketamine therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and medication assisted treatment (MAT). Affiliated Clinical Services accepts a wide range of private insurance options, Medicare, and private pay. Affiliated Clinical Services employs a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, PhD and master’s level therapists, and psychiatric nurses. Psychiatrists collaborate with clients to manage medication and prescribe new medications. Clients with opioid use concerns can participate in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which uses Suboxone to help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Initial psychiatric evaluation costs $380, with management sessions ranging from $145-$250 based on complexity. Evaluation with an APRN costs $300, with management sessions ranging from $95-$190. Psychiatric providers also offer psychotherapy for an additional charge. Therapists use a broad range treatment modalities, including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, eye movement desensitization and reconditioning (EMDR), rational emotive therapy (REBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and specialize in treatment for teens, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and more. Psychologists further offer psychological and neuropsychological testing and evaluation, costing $260 for the initial hour, $200 for subsequent hours, and $100 per half hour of test scoring. Initial evaluation with a PhD level therapist costs $260, with individual psychotherapy ranging from $160-$200 per session. Evaluation with a masters level therapist costs $225, with subsequent sessions ranging from $145-$185. Affiliated Clinical Services offers group therapy for $180 and family therapy for $185-$200. Affiliated Clinical Services offers esketamine, or Spravato, for adults with treatment-resistant depression and costs $870 per session. Clients are monitored for 2 hours following administration of esketamine. Affiliated Clinical Services also offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), for adults with treatment-resistant depression, costing $525 for initial treatment and $410 for following deliveries.
