Psychologists further offer psychological and neuropsychological testing and evaluation, costing $260 for the initial hour, $200 for subsequent hours, and $100 per half hour of test scoring. Initial evaluation with a PhD level therapist costs $260, with individual psychotherapy ranging from $160-$200 per session. Evaluation with a masters level therapist costs $225, with subsequent sessions ranging from $145-$185. Affiliated Clinical Services offers group therapy for $180 and family therapy for $185-$200.
Affiliated Clinical Services offers esketamine, or Spravato, for adults with treatment-resistant depression and costs $870 per session. Clients are monitored for 2 hours following administration of esketamine. Affiliated Clinical Services also offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), for adults with treatment-resistant depression, costing $525 for initial treatment and $410 for following deliveries.
