About Alpine Recovery Lodge
Located in the beautiful Wasatch mountain range, Alpine Recovery provides residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The Alpine Recovery program takes place in a beautiful mountain chalet with incredible views. Alpine Recovery can house up to 16 clients at a time and offers intimate group therapy sessions. The house is fully equipped with modern furnishing and provides shared accommodations. A gourmet chef prepares all meals and customizes meal plans according to clients’ dietary restrictions and nutritional needs. Personal electronics such as laptops and cell phones are not permitted.
Clients commit to a 30 day plan initially, but this can be extended depending on the individual's specific needs. A typical day begins with a trip to a nearby gym, followed by individual therapy using cognitive and behavioral techniques along with mindfulness training. During treatment, clients attend group therapy 3 times a day and have individual therapy at least once a week. Faith-based counseling is available for those who wish to practice latter day saints (LDS) teachings. Clients will also engage in experiential therapy through nature activities and yoga. Families are encouraged to take an active role in recovery through family counseling and weekly support groups. For aftercare, the treatment team works with each client to identify outpatient programs and therapists in their area.
The Alpine Recovery Lodge has been providing holistic addiction care since 2012. They are accredited by the Joint Commission and accept most prove insurance.
