Alsana offers a variety of programs for recovery to fit the individual needs of the client. Programs offered include 2 week winter intensives, virtual Telehealth programming, residential, day treatment, IOP, PHP, vegan-friendly programming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and alumni and family programming. Therapies Alsana offers includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Art Therapy, Expressive Therapies, and Internal Family Systems. Alsana also employs their Adaptive Care Model they created to help treat their clients in all areas of their lives, which is structured to promote healthy growth through medical treatment, nutrition, movement, relationships, and therapeutic programs.
The Alsana St. Louis campus is situated on 55 gorgeous acres. The grand estate is designed to feel more like a retreat and less like a treatment center. The estate provides beautiful furnishings with a central stone fireplace perfect for socializing and relaxing. Clients can enjoy the beautiful grounds and peaceful surroundings.
