Licensed practitioners use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and more. Uniquely, they offer transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Clients receive a weekly individual session with a psychiatric provider and twice weekly individual therapy sessions with a counselor. AMFM incorporates mindfulness practices throughout their program to enhance the evidence-based treatments effectiveness. Clients engage in life skills training and psychoeducation.
