Focus
This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.
Set near the San Bernadino Freeway and State Route 57, Behavioral Health Services' American Recovery Center is a community-based nonprofit providing medical detox and substance use treatment in a residential setting or outpatient. Clients receive individual and group counseling as part of a structured weekly routine. They partake in the 12 Steps of recovery, discuss relapse prevention plans, practice communication and socialization, and learn decision-making skills. American Recovery Center prepares a plan with clients for long-term recovery after the client leaves treatment. The plan includes how to manage medications they take. In addition to providing peace of mind through recovery, a unique incentive for American Recovery Center's program is that they provide clients a $699 Medi-Cal gift card if they maintain their sobriety.
