Billabong Retreat offers weeklong retreats focusing on inner wellness. They guide clients through a series of holistic treatments focusing on gaining freedom from stress. Billabong Retreats says that “yoga and meditation can assist with stress management, physical strength and flexibility, addictions, mindful leadership, gut health, emotional intelligence, increased longevity, successful relationships, disease avoidance but perhaps most of all, cultivating peace of mind and happiness.” The Retreat program includes twice daily yoga sessions, evening meditation, plus additional workshops that explore meditation, mindfulness, stress, self care, and nutrition. Clients can enjoy private yoga or meditation consults, relaxing masses, hot stone, facials, and Reiki. All meals are provided by in-house chefs and offer delicious, organic, whole-food meals. Billabong Retreat is located in New South Wales, Australia and has some of the most beautiful and unique accommodations. Their treehouse suite is perched off the mountain, overlooking a beautiful lake. The deluxe cabins come with an indoor and outdoor bathroom, queen bed, air conditioning, fridge, and tea making area. The main lodge is nestled in the lush bush, and clients can enjoy comfortable accommodations with shared outdoor spaces. Billabong Retreat offers a unique way to de-stress and attain personal wellness in a relaxing environment.
