The program blends community living with mental health care, offering members daily guidance and structure. At Hope House, members receive support through individual and group therapy, day treatment programs, and medication management. The goal is to help members lead balanced, healthy lives with greater confidence and stability. Members live in group or transitional housing, depending on their needs.
