About Birch Wellness Center

Birch Wellness Center provides their clients with a modern, chic design inside a heritage townhome located in downtown Winnipeg, Canada. They employ private practitioners with extensive expertise in clinical psychology, counseling and psychotherapy, clinical social work, psychiatry, nutrition, motivational interviewing, physiotherapy, marriage and family therapy, play therapy, naturopathic medicine, and massage therapy. Birch Wellness will work with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups. They provide a holistic and collaborative approach to healing. At Birch Wellness, they believe in collaboration and that a cohesive group can do more for healing than an individual. They treat a variety of addictions and mental health disorders such as eating disorders, addictions, domestic abuse, dual diagnosis, grief, loss and bereavement, PTSD, stress management, and trauma. Birch Wellness Center uses different therapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), individual therapy, trauma therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), experiential therapy, eating disorder treatment, motivational interviewing, and nutrition therapy.
Birch Wellness Center’s home provides a serene and peaceful feel, assisting in the recovery process. Keeping to the original bone structure of the home, the owners have fully renovated to accommodate their clients needs. They offer shared and private rooms along with bathroom en suites.
