About Bridges of Hope

Bridges of Hope is a dual diagnosis adult substance abuse program. Bridges of Hope offers a full continuum of services including medical detox, residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services. Long-term or short-term patient care is available. The treatment program usually lasts 28 days. The Bridges of Hope program teaches people how to re-socialize in a healthy way. Individuals will be a member of a community of like-minded people going through the same thing because the setting is fairly regimented with 24-hour care. Individual and group counseling, as well as motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step facilitation, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and other therapies, will be available to clients. Bridges of Hope's 3-tier approach continues with outpatient treatment once clients have completed the residential recovery program to ensure long-term recovery. Family support is an important part of the rehabilitation process, and family visitation as well as counseling are always encouraged.
Bridges of Hope is located in Anderson, Indiana. The expansive facility offers spacious bedroom quarters and lounge area perfect for relaxing. The serene grounds have a large pond, an indoor volleyball and basketball court, a state-of-the-art gym, and plenty of green space for meditative walks.
