The center offers day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and personalized recovery plans (PRP). The center uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and group counseling to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders.
