Focus
This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.
Butterfly House, located adjacent to the St. Croix River, welcomed its first residents in May 2007. The home offers a safe and sober space for women in the beginning stages of recovery where they can learn sober living skills and gain confidence to transition back into their communities. Residents are required to maintain full-time employment, complete daily chores, complete drug education, complete relapse prevention studies, and participate in regular community service activities while living in Butterfly House. Women are expected to meet with their sponsor at least once per week and attend daily 12-Step meetings. At Butterfly House, women can learn and practice life skills like goal setting, budgeting, gardening, and house maintenance.
