With an upscale facility nestled in the heart of sunny Fort Myers, their outpatient rehabilitation center provides an immersive experience to help transform the mind, body, and spirit. Clients can rejoice in the beauty of self-discovery and unlock wellness with Calusa Recovery. Calusa Recovery specializes in treating drug, alcohol, heroin, meth, opioid, and cocaine addiction. They offer a variety of therapies, including 1-on-1 therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and experiential therapy in addition to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) if needed. They offer wellness services such as Reiki, yoga, mediation, and breathwork. Additionally, Calusa Recovery provides neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), teaches coping strategies, and offers trauma-focused treatment. Calusa Recovery offers experiential therapies for their clients, which they believe promotes supportive relationships and helps break the addiction cycle. Activities include sailing, beach days, attending sporting events, fishing, and paintball. Calusa Recovery also has a sober housing program, in which clients can continue their healing process in a supportive community. Residents will be provided with peer-to-peer mentorship and tools to maintain their recovery. Rooms are shared or private with shared bathrooms. Calusa Recovery’s outpatient treatment lasts an average of 8-16 weeks, while the average length of stay in their sober living residences is around 6 months. They are Joint Commission accredited and accept a variety of public and private insurances.
