Set in the Hoge Mosten, Changes GGZ's Breda clinic offers drug addiction and eating disorder treatment in a residential neighborhood. They serve most of their clients through their day treatment programs, which serve clients up to an hour from their office. For eating disorder clients, they also have monitored living for up to a year to help clients safely adjust to healthy eating patterns.
Changes GGZ's Weert clinic, about 75 minutes away by train, can serve clients looking for
detox or
residential treatment. After those treatments, they can transfer to Breda for day treatment.

Group therapy and individual meetings with a clinician help clients change their thought patterns and develop self-confidence. Some hands-on therapies that help with recovery are art, music, boxing, dance, and sound therapies. For the first 12 weeks, clients come 3 times a week. Then they come once a week. The Social Support Act covers the cost of care for treatment there, so Changes GGZ works with clients to help them register with their municipality for these services. During clients' time, they receive counseling on finance, housing, socialization, psychological health, meaning, physical health, daily tasks, and daily rhythms.

The wait time for admission is less than 2 weeks. For detox clients, they usually just need a few days after the diagnosis and somatic exam to admit.
