Charleston Recovery Center uses the well-known Twelve Step method to support patients in their recovery. Their treatment program requires a minimum commitment of 90 days, beginning with a one-week newcomer period followed by 11 weeks of intensive residential care. After completing 120 days in the residential program, clients become eligible for sober living services, which facilitate a gradual transition back to everyday life within a nurturing and supportive community.

The facility exudes a homelike atmosphere, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and generously sized bathrooms that offer a spa-like experience.
