Chrysalis is a residential treatment program for women 18 and older in Alameda County who are facing mental health issues and substance use concerns through individual and group therapy, life skills, interpersonal therapy, and psychoeducation. The program typically lasts up to 90 days and provides a safe and supportive home-like environment. The program integrates an evidence based and holistic approach empowering women to manage their emotions, cope with difficult situations, and build healthy relationships. They empower women to support and learn from each other, creating a strong sense of community. They provide a structured and supportive environment where women can focus on their recovery. In addition, they provide expert care and highlight education and knowledge on substance use disorders and mental health diagnosis to inspire women on how to change their lives.
