At CleanSlate, a dedicated team of licensed clinicians focuses on treating patients with physical dependencies on alcohol or opioids through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This evidence-based method employs FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to ease withdrawal symptoms. To maximize effectiveness, MAT is typically integrated with counseling and mental health support. Additionally, CleanSlate features a specialized program for pregnant women, offering enhanced medical monitoring to safeguard the health of both mother and child.

They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The center is open from 8 AM to 4 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8 AM to 7 PM on Wednesday, and 8 AM to 1 PM on Friday. Unlike many of CleanSlate’s other facilities, the Evansville location offers new patient walk-in hours from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 12 PM on Friday.
