Patients attend process groups, individual therapy with licensed/certified clinicians, relapse prevention, breathwork, yoga, and physical training. CNV’s treatment methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), motivational interviewing (MI), and holistic therapies (art and music).
