Focus
This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.
Set in southeast Denver, off Highway 25, Colorado Community Care uses medication-assisted treatments to care for adults with alcohol or drug addiction. The medications they administer are methadone and suboxone. They use different processes depending on which medication they use. Colorado Community Care also schedules clients to meet 1-on-1 with one of their master's level therapists. Their therapists counsel clients on substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. Colorado Community Care is open weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. They stop administering medication at noon.
