Compassion Behavioral Health delivers individualized care using a blend of evidence-based and holistic therapies to support meaningful change. Treatment may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing, paired with yoga, meditation, and nutrition education. Clients participate in group, individual, and family therapy with licensed staff guiding their recovery journey. Medication management, trauma-focused care, and relapse prevention strategies help individuals build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and stay committed to their goals throughout each stage of healing.
Brain-based therapies, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and neurofeedback, are available to support emotional regulation and symptom relief. The Compassion Connection program engages families through education and virtual support, helping strengthen recovery at home. Life skills training is also integrated into care, equipping individuals with practical tools to build confidence, manage responsibilities, and transition successfully into independent living after treatment.
