An intensive outpatient treatment program (IOP) for substance use and mental health conditions available in San Antonio, Texas. Continuum Outpatient aims to assist clients in overcoming past trauma, preventing relapse, mending broken relationships, and learning life-improving skills. By putting the knowledge they gain into practice on a daily basis, they not only instruct their clients but also assist them in long term changes. Continuum Outpatient provides flexible, individualized care that is centered around healing, respect, empowerment, and choice as part of their comprehensive treatment programs. Continuum Outpatient treats mental health conditions such as panic disorder, OCD, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, personality disorders, and more. To assist clients in overcoming whatever is preventing them from moving forward, they use evidence-based therapy methods underpinned by a strength-based, holistic approach. Continuum Outpatient utilizes therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, and relapse prevention. Clients can experience 12 Step or non 12 Step programming as they desire.
