Kingsburg Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) supporting adults with serious mental health needs. Operated by Crestwood Behavioral Health, it was developed in partnership with Fresno County and offers a short-term, recovery-oriented program in a revitalized former hospital.
