Cumberland Heights offers residential programs on two plots of land, 177 acres for adults and 67 acres for adolescents, located just outside Nashville, Tennessee. The facility has gender-specific and age-specific programs that aid in treating alcohol and substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health disorders. detox, residential, adult extended care, and intensive

The center can accommodate up to 95 clients for the male and female adult programs. Cumberland Heights offers comfortable bedrooms with 2 people per room and a shared bathroom. All meals are prepared by chefs and can accommodate dietary preferences. A pay phone is available and can be used in the evenings to keep clients in contact with loved ones, but personal devices are prohibited. A gym and game room are available on alternating days based on gender and age. Clients can enjoy local outings, such as hockey and minor league baseball games. On site, they offer a softball field, a regulation frisbee golf course, full basketball court, climbing wall, and a ropes course.
