About Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program San Diego
Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program Southport is a mental health outpatient treatment program for adolescents 11 to 17. Discovery combines its experiences since 1997 with evidence-based therapy to treat a range of anxiety and mood disorders. They offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). For the treatment of depression, self-harm, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, and reactive attachment disorder, the program uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches in both the individual and group therapeutic settings.
