Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

This addiction and mental health clinic provides outpatient care for individuals with mental health concerns and addictive substance use disorders. To treat mental health concerns, their clinicians offer private therapy, psychiatry and customized treatment plans for each individual. For those who struggle with addiction, the outpatient services at Eleanor include private therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and psychiatry. Eleanor also proudly offers treatment for pregnant women in need of addiction treatment. Not only do the clinicians have the professional expertise to guide treatment, many of them also have experience with their own mental health struggles or recovery journey. Working with a counselor who can truly relate to clients’ challenges can help provide encouragement and support as clients work with them. If clients need additional support, Eleanor can provide resources to get them connected with transportation, food stability, housing and more. Eleanor also proudly provides resources and services for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC populations.
