Stress-free airport transfers make arrival easy. Elevate’s residential graduates participate in a ceremony to celebrate their hard-earned success among family and friends. Clients leave withcustomized post-treatment sobriety plans, including one-on-one counseling, regular check-up calls, and referrals to local sober support groups. Clients can step down to Elevate’s in-person or virtual outpatient programs. Elevate also offers a Graduate Assurance Plan that allows clients to return for up to 30 days within 6 months of graduation.
