Capstone Wellness offers a haven for women at New Canaan Ranch, with residential treatment for a range of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. They use a Core-Systems Model, which avoids surface-level intervention and helps identify root causes for lasting healing. The Core-Systems Model is rooted in neurobiology, trauma theory, spiritual formation, and family systems, and addresses trauma, attachment wounds, and unhealed relational systems.
