About Encounter at New Canaan Ranch
Capstone Wellness offers a haven for women at New Canaan Ranch, with residential treatment for a range of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. They use a Core-Systems Model, which avoids surface-level intervention and helps identify root causes for lasting healing. The Core-Systems Model is rooted in neurobiology, trauma theory, spiritual formation, and family systems, and addresses trauma, attachment wounds, and unhealed relational systems. By looking at the whole person, Capstone can help women replace unhealthy coping behaviors and walk away feeling restored.
