EOSIS Bridge is a 96-bed residential facility for men with substance use and co-occurring disorders located just outside of Saint Cloud. They are a CARF-accredited program dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care.
EOSIS Bridge specializes in evidence-based therapies, medical services, family support, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), alongside comprehensive mental health services.
