EOSIS Eagan is an outpatient treatment program for adults with substance use conditions, offering a full continuum of care. They are a CARF-accredited program dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care. EOSIS provides co-ed care for adults 18 and older. Their personalized care plans include the facilitation of group and individual therapy, skill building workshops, and educational films and lectures. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) runs from Monday to Thursday, with sessions available between 9 AM and noon and from 5 PM to 8 PM, as well as virtually. Their care team is composed of licensed alcohol and drug counselors who are well equipped to guide patients on their unique journey to recovery.
