EOSIS Minnetonka is an outpatient treatment program designed for adults facing substance use and co-occurring disorders, providing a comprehensive continuum of care. Their holistic, patient-centered approach focuses on integrating the mind, body, and spirit of each individual, empowering them on their journey to lasting recovery. As a CARF-accredited program, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. EOSIS develops tailored care plans for each patient, using group and individual therapy, skill-building workshops, and educational films and lectures. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers sessions Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., as well as on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Their care team includes licensed alcohol and drug counselors who are trained to guide individuals on their journey to recovery. Clients can also schedule appointments for substance use assessments to aid in diagnosis and receive personalized treatment recommendations. The Minnetonka facility is conveniently located just off Interstate 394, with several bus stops within a five-minute walk, ensuring easy access for those seeking support.
