Outpatient Treatment Center - San Diego provides outpatient care in Del Mar, CA, supporting individuals and families working toward lasting recovery.
The program offers levels of care including outpatient, a capacity of 6-15 beds and typical program lengths around 90 days.
Treatment draws on evidence-based and supportive therapies such as 1-on-1 counseling,
cognitive behavioral therapy,
family therapy, life skills, motivational interviewing and mindfulness therapy and a treatment philosophy that is evidence-based, individual treatment, family involvement and strengths-based, tailored to the individual.
