Excelsior Wellness Center

Located in Spokane, Washington, the center provides care for individuals with mental health, behavioral, and substance use challenges. The center’s mission is to treat the whole person using a team approach that includes primary care, outpatient therapy, and social services. It offers multiple levels of care, from outpatient counseling to day treatment and transition programs for youth at risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement.
Excelsior uses trauma-informed care, combining mental health counseling, medication support, and recreational therapy like zip-lining. Therapists work with families through in-person and virtual counseling, group therapy, and peer support. By blending emotional, physical, and social care, the center helps each child grow stronger across all areas of life—emotionally, physically, and socially.

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
