Exis Recovery offers a refuge for adults and adolescents seeking healing from the challenges of addiction, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Located in West Los Angeles, Exis provides multiple levels of care—from partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) to ongoing aftercare—ensuring that support continues at every stage of recovery. Here, healing isn’t just about symptom relief; it’s about learning to live with authenticity and purpose again. Exis Recovery helps clients recalibrate in a world transformed by technology and constant change. In an AI-driven age where identity and purpose can feel blurred, many individuals find themselves overwhelmed and anxious. Exis addresses the layers beneath addiction, helping clients explore the loss of purpose that often fuels these patterns. Through evidence-based therapies combined with mindfulness, movement, systems therapy, and purpose-driven exploration, clients learn to reconnect with who they are and what gives life meaning. During PHP days, clients share relaxed, nourishing lunches in this inviting space — a place to catch their breath between therapy sessions. There are tables for gathering, puzzles and quiet corners to simply be with others who understand. Located in beautiful West Los Angeles, the facility sits in a neighborhood that’s both peaceful and accessible, offering respite from everyday stress while keeping connected to city life. Even after completing PHP or IOP, the journey doesn’t end. At Exis, clients always have ongoing connection with your therapist, with the option for weekly individual counseling to keep building momentum. They can continue to participate in group sessions for support, and if a relapse happens, staff helps coordinate next steps. The majority of clients stay with maintenance therapy for as long as they need.
