Detox services are not available on-site, but they can refer clients to a partnered facility. Outpatient plans are the most flexible and least intensive, meeting 3 hours a day for 1 to 2 days a week. Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) generally meet for 3 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, and Day Treatments (PHP) meet for 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The treatment plans include both individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based treatments. The therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step facilitation, and medication-assisted treatment. A few holistic approaches they use include yoga, Tai Chi, and art therapy. Footprints to Recovery Illinois offers a few special programs including a special stand-up comedy group, job searching, resume building, and life skills training.
