Footprints to Recovery Mental Health empowers clients with the tools and knowledge they need to reclaim their lives from mental health struggles and embark on a fulfilling journey of personal growth and self-empowerment. They offer3 levels of
outpatient care: day treatment (also called
partial hospitalization, PHP),
intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient programs. Each level of care offers evidence-based and holistic therapies, medication management, and life-skills training.
Footprints strongly emphasizes creatingtreatment plans meticulously tailored to meet clients’ specific needs, ensuring a more effective approach to recovery. With Footprints' 3 levels of outpatient treatment,clients can take the necessary steps to better themselves while living at home and maintaining daily responsibilities. In day treatment, clients participate 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The intensive outpatient program delivers 9-15 hours of treatment per week, providing more flexibility to tend to family, work, and school obligations. Their outpatient program offers 3 hours of treatment once or twice weekly.
Footprints goes above and beyond to provide ongoing support after clients complete their treatment. Their comprehensiveaftercare and alumni programsoffer a wide range of resources, including support groups and follow-up care, to empower clients to maintain their mental health and wellness.
