Therapy and counseling, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), and medication-assisted treatment are the four treatment modalities provided by Forge Health of Paramus (MAT). Forge Health specializes in treating co-occurring conditions with a focus on trauma and PTSD. A qualified therapist oversees the program, which uses trauma-informed therapy and stress-management techniques based on mindfulness.
