About Fort Behavioral Health
Fort Behavioral Health offers life changing residential programs for adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. Fort Behavioral Health has 4 programs that cater to the specific needs and age of the individual. Fort Recovery is designed for adults struggling with addiction. All programs include a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including 12-Step facilitation, individual counseling, somatic experiencing, and motivational interviewing (MI). The Evergreen Path program specializes in substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions for ages 13-17. The program provides care for both body and mind through individual and group therapy exercise. Those in school can also continue with their studies with the help of a certified liaison. Discovery Camp Worth is a specialty program designed to help frustrated teens with autism spectrum disorder find a home where they can express themselves and communicate. Lastly, The Mission Recovery program provides specialized drug and alcohol addiction treatment for veterans, addressing the specific needs of the individual and their families.
Fort Behavioral Health is located in Fort Worth Texas, just outside of Dallas. A team of architects, interior designers, and construction engineers transformed their 100,000 square feet of space into a unique setting for 5 separate programs. This spacious facility includes both men’s and women’s private rooms. The contemporary design and urban location make it the perfect environment for healing. Clients will enjoy a state-of-the-art- exercise gym, yoga room, and indoor basketball court. Fort Behavioral Health is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
