They have 4 pillars to their treatment philosophy: psychotherapy, physical health, medication-assisted treatment, and self help through 12-Step programs. They incorporate these pillars into each level of their full continuum of care, that includes detox, residential treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Granite Mountain programs include psychotherapy individual, group, and family counseling with a variety of evidence-based approaches. Physical health is a key component of the program with medication management and participation in their CrossFit-based physical fitness program. Granite Health believes in the power of medication-assisted treatments and the 12-Step program are the cornerstone to their treatment philosophy. Granite Mountain Behavioral Healthcare provides apartment-style living for clients. Granite Mountain manages all transportation to and from 12-Step support groups, appointments, activities, and the local grocery store. During the week, clients follow a schedule that consists of appointments, therapy, 12-Step meetings, and chores. On the weekends, clients can take adventure outings to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and local activities such as the movie theater.
