Their Auburn location offers the full continuum of treatment for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, with a specialized program for mothers in recovery providing support to single mothers who have children ages 7-12 . Granite Wellness Centers in Auburn offers a full continuum of care, with detox and residential care for adults struggling with substance use, offering medically supervised detox and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and a personalized blend of evidence-based individual, group, and family therapies throughout residential care. Their outpatient services include day treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents, with specialized programs for court ordered DUI classes, pregnant women, and single parent women with substance use disorders and their children. Clients living in their recovery residences maintain a high level of engagement and participation with a social worker who works closely with individuals toward their goals, providing case management services and resources.
