Focus
This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.
A 9-minute drive from Monroe Hospital, this facility offers a clear path to recovery with accessible outpatient care for opioid use disorder. Since 2014, it has delivered comprehensive support through medication-assisted treatment (MAT), using FDA-approved suboxone to ease withdrawal symptoms and curb cravings, alongside weekly group therapy. The center operates Monday to Thursday and closes Friday through Sunday. Patients receive evidence-based care, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and the matrix model. These approaches address trauma, anger management, and relapse prevention to promote emotional stability and long-term recovery. Services also include substance use education, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and sign language support for the deaf and hard of hearing.
