The team combines an accommodating, personalized approach with exceptional structure and accountability to treat primary mental health and co-occurring substance use. Gulf Coast offers a variety of outpatient treatment options including day treatment., day and evening intensive outpatient programs (IOP), lower level outpatient, and virtual treatment options. Outpatient services include individual therapy, medication management, holistic therapies, group sessions, and skill-building, all aimed at providing a well-rounded experience to support lifelong recovery. The center also offers Brainspotting therapy, a cutting-edge psychotherapy that combines Somatic Experiencing (SE) and EMDR to identify and address trauma through eye movement patterns, helping patients heal at a deeper neurological level. A short walk from St. Pete Beach in Tampa Bay, this center offers a tranquil environment for patients to focus solely on their recovery and comfort. Gulf Coast Recovery’s top priority is to supply their patients with a sense of safety and support to ensure the best results for long term recovery.
