Located on Blakeslee Avenue near U.S. Route 127 in Ohio, this nonprofit outpatient center serves adults with depression, anxiety, substance use disorder (SUD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, and trauma. Programs at Harbor include outpatient detox, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and counseling. Clients receive mental health assessments and counseling from professionals, with additional support through psychiatric services such as evaluations and medication management. Psychological services address ADHD, autism, and mood conditions, while case management connects clients with health resources and skill-building programs.
