Harbor Hall

Serving clients since 1974, Harbor Hall’s various locations in Northern Michigan assist men, women, and adolescents in the treatment of substance use and co-occurring conditions. The broadened range of holistic, gender-specific, and strength-based customized therapies offered by Harbor Hall. Its highly trained counselors offer assistance to persons dealing with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family problems, learning impairments, and the simple desire to speak with a professional. Clients can experience group therapy, relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 12 Step facilitation, and motivational interviewing.
Additionally, Harbor Hall incorporates volunteer opportunities at local community sites in their programming. A standout of the entire client experience in their treatment program has continued to be Habor Hall's open-minded support and assistance through spiritual exploration. Clients can also enjoy access to nature, and recreational opportunities, like a ropes course.

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 28+ days.

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
