Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Harmony Oaks helps clients build a lasting foundation for recovery through outpatient detox, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. Their flexible continuum of caresupports clients with substance use, mental health, and eating disorders. With options for supportive housing, aftercare, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), Harmony Oaks provides a full spectrum of recovery-focused support that adapts to each client’s unique needs. The Harmony Oaks program is built upontreatment therapies that are clinically proven. For both addiction and mental health recovery, they emphasize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as a way to alter how clients think about and respond to various situations in life. Clients can also engage in 12-Step facilitation, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery, family counseling, yoga, and music therapy. The Harmony Oaks clinical campus is only 15 minutes from Chattanooga Airport in the Queen’s Lace residential neighborhood. While in day treatment or IOP for mental health or addiction, clients can stay inpartnered supportive housing a short distance away. This community of homes provides a safe, substance-free environment. The houses offer shared bedrooms, full kitchens, and common areas with TVs. Harmony Oaks’aftercare servicesamplify what clients have learned during their day treatment or IOP. Clients get the chance to put new skills into play inside their family dynamic, at work or at school, and identify any weaknesses. The client can bring these real-world situations into the therapeutic environment to learn from them and correct missteps. This reinforces recovery principles in a way that can’t be recreated inside a treatment center.
