Hickory Grove Recovery is an addiction treatment center located in Morrilton, Arkansas, just a short drive from Little Rock. Their services include medical detox with supervised withdrawal management, including the use of medications such as Suboxone, Subutex, and Vivitrol when appropriate. They also serve snacks at 8 p.m. Hickory Grove encourages visitors so that clients can maintain strong connections with loved ones during their stay. After a 10-day blackout period, clients can have 2 visitors a week on Fridays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Both visitors must come at the same time and be at least 18 years old. For the first visitation hour that visitors come to, they must complete a training session on psychology of family dynamics.
