Hillcrest Adolescent Treatment Center provides evidenced-based and multi-disciplined therapeutic modalities that best suit each individual client. The center believes that using modalities such as Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a good way to build the foundation for a healthy mind. They employ experiential therapies such as expressive art therapy, life skills, and mindfulness. They also provide a translator for non-English speaking clients. The Hillcrest Adolescent Treatment center prides itself on their highly trained and dedicated staff and being CARF accredited.
Hillcrest Adolescent Treatment Center’s home has a rustic yet elegant feel. It is set in the foothills of Agoura Hills in a private rural estate. They have a Koi fish pond, bridges, patios, waterfalls, and lush tropical greenery. Inside the home, there is a warm, open atmosphere that has natural light, plush furnishings, and stone fireplaces. Amenities include a pool and a full size tennis court. Also, each client has the executive chef prepare customizable meal plans for them based on dietary needs or restrictions.
