Hope Harbor Wellness Helps adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions through compassionate outpatient care. Their well-rounded programs make sure clients receive the support they need through individual counseling, group therapy, medical services, case management, and aftercare opportunities.
Hope Harbor offers a short-term intensive outpatient program with an all-encompassing therapy plan that provides structure while treating acute symptoms. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a step down from partial hospitalization (PHP), offering individual and group therapy 3-5 days a week. The lowest level of care is Hope Harbor Wellness' Outpatient Program (OP) with options for evening sessions. This program is ideal for those who still need extra support 2 days a week but do not require intensive care. Notably, PHP and IOP must be completed before enrolling in the outpatient program.

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 60 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
